摘要
薄荷醇由于其所特有的薄荷香气及清凉作用,被作为赋香剂广泛应用于食品医药行业,同时以薄荷醇为底物得到的薄荷醇衍生物在食品、医药等领域发挥着重要的作用。但是,目前L-薄荷醇的来源主要是从植物中提取,由于原料受自然环境、产量等因素的影响,因此L-薄荷醇的产量十分不稳定,人工合成就成了人们的第二选择。主要介绍了L-薄荷醇的生产方法,并对其市场前景进行了分析。
Menthol is widely used as a flavouring agent in the food and medicine industry because of its unique aroma and refreshing function of mint. Meanwhile menthol derivatives obtained with menthol as a substrate play an important role in the field of food, medicine and other fields. However, the current source L-menthol is mainly extracted from plants, as the raw materials of natural environment, production and other factors, so the L-menthol yield is very unstable, artificial synthesis has become people's choice second. This paper mainly introduces the production method of L-menthol and analyzes its market prospect.
