摘要
分别采用6种不同的放电电压和工件间隙工艺参数组合进行铜铝管接头的电磁脉冲焊接试验,并对接头进行了室温冲击性能和120 h盐雾腐蚀试验。结果表明,随放电电压从3 k V增大到11 k V、工件间隙从0.00 mm增大到0.25 mm,接头冲击性能和耐腐蚀性能均先提高后下降。铜铝管电磁脉冲焊接时的放电电压优选为8 k V、工件间隙优选为0.15 mm。
The electromagnetic pulse welding joints of copper and aluminum pipe were produced by 6 kinds ( 11 groups) of combination of discharge voltages and workpieee clear- ances. The impact property at room temperature and salt spray corrosion for 120 h were test- ed additionally. The results show that both impact property and corrosion resistance of the joint first increase and then decrease with discharge voltage increasing from 3 kV to 11 kV and workpiece clearance increasing from 0.00 mm to 0.25 mm. The optimized discharge voltage and workpiece clearance for electromagnetic pulse welding joint of copper and alumi- num pipe are 8 kV and 0.15 mm, respectively.
