大力发展绿色、低碳、高效、可再生能源,是国际能源发展的必然趋势。经济增长、环境保护与能源转型相互制衡、相互影响,是能源产业发展需要解决的主要矛盾。全球能源转型面临能源结构发展不均衡,新能源发展速度存在不确定性,低油价时期投资减少和经济复苏阻碍能源转型进程,如何加快化石能源清洁化利用,如何科学构建能源互联网五大挑战。政策、技术、投资是决定未来能源转型的三个核心要素,必须相互结合,共同推动能源产业低碳高效可持续发展。
The rapid development of green, low-carbon, efficient and renewable energy is an inevitable trend for international energy development. Economic growth, environmental protection and energy transformation are balanced and influenced mutually, which would be the major contradiction in the development of energy industry. Global energy transformation is confronted with five major challenges including unbalanced development of energy structure, uncertainty about the pace of new energy development, the energy transition impeded by decreased investment and economic recovery under the low oil price, the speeding clean utilization of fossil fuels, and the construction of energy interact. Policy, technology and investment, the three core elements that determine the fiature energy transformation, must be combined with each other to promote the low-carbon, efficient and sustainable development of the energy industry.
