摘要
由前期研究可知,Si_3N_4-Al_2O_3-Y_2O_3-Al体系在B氧分压条件烧成,即氧分压为0.002MPa时,试样烧结良好。笔者就该体系中影响烧结的主要因素进行研究,探讨了氧化铝的加入量、氧化钇加入量、纳米氧化铝及其加入量、金属Al粉的加入量以及烧结温度等因素对材料烧结性能和显微结构的影响。试验结果表明:烧结温度越高,试样的性能越好。当烧结温度为1650℃,体积密度为3.14g/cm^3,显气孔率为0.7%,常温耐压强度为470MPa时,试样实现了致密烧结。
The previous study shows that Si3N4-Al2O3-Y2O3-Al system in the B oxygen partial pressure sintering, the oxygen partial pressure of 0.002 MPa, to achieve a good sample to study the main factors of sintering, the sintering system in effect, to explore the alumina content, yttria content, nano alumina and its dosage, metal powder A1 and the amount of sintering temperature and other factors on sintering properties and microstructure. The test results show that the higher the temperature is, the better the performance of the sample, when the sintering temperature is 1 650℃, the volume density reached 3.14 g/cm^3 , the porosity is only 0.7%, compressive strength reached 470 MPa, at this time, the specimen can sintered.
