摘要 以朝阳市农村地区为研究对象,分别从环境、能力、利用、途径和资源5个因素入手,应用层次分析法和熵权法获得综合权重,建立水匮乏指数的模型计算其水安全结果,对该地区的水安全进行综合评估,并提出水安全的保障对策。研究表明:朝阳市农村地区农业化肥使用量逐年提升,水资源总量匮乏,降水量季节和年际变化大,水安全整体状态由不安全向安全过渡,该研究对改善朝阳市农村地区水环境状况和朝阳市新农村建设提供一定的借鉴价值。 This paper takes the rural areas of Chaoyang City as the research object, starts from the five factors of environment, ability, utilization, way and resources, and uses the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method to obtain the comprehensive weight, establishes the water shortage index model to calculate the water safety result. The water consumption in the rural area of Chaoyang City is improved year by year, the total amount of water resources is scarce, the seasonal and interannual changes of precipitation are large, and the water safety is the whole. The state of the transition from insecurity to safety, the study provides some reference value to improve the rural areas of Chaoyang City water environment and the construction of new rural areas in Chaoyang.
