摘要
在影响奶牛养殖效益的众多技术要素中,奶牛群体的遗传素质起着重要作用。通过科学选配,可以不断提高奶牛群体的生产水平和繁殖效率,改善体型上存在的缺陷,延长奶牛的使用年限。本研究从商业化奶牛场生产实践的角度出发,结合具体的选配案例,在综合分析了牛群的系谱资料、产奶性能、体型外貌评估以及遗传缺陷检测的基础上,结合种公牛信息,制定出科学的选配方案,以期在生产实践中起到指导作用。
Among the factors that influence the production efficiency of dairy cow, genetic merit plays a fundamental role. An effective mating stategy will help improve production performance and reproductive efficiency, comformation type and longevity of dairy herd. In currect study, by comprehensively analyzing various data including pedigee, milk production, type classification as well as genetic defect genes in the herd, we developed an effective mating plan.
