摘要
压缩机吸气口设计对压缩机性能影响较大,为了研究其对压缩机性能的影响规律,总结设计方法,本文对压缩机吸气口的设计进行了流固耦合仿真及实验研究。通过实验研究得到不同工况及频率时不同吸气口最小截面积对压缩机性能影响规律。在实验研究基础上,针对不同的吸气口设计通过流固耦合仿真分析得到不同工况、频率及排量设计时吸气口最小截面积变化对压缩机吸气损失功耗影响规律,通过Mini TAB软件进行全因子实验设计并对仿真分析数据进行方差分析,得到吸气阻力损失的回归方程,为后续压缩机设计提供理论指导。
In order to study the inlluence regulation of the compressor pertbmlance with different suction pipe design, this paper has caJTied out fluid structure interaction(FSl) simulation and experimental research with different suction pipe design. The influence regulation of the compressor performance was obtained from experimental test with different work condition frequency and the minimum area of suction pipe. The suction power loss was gained with the fluid structure interaction(FSI) simulation with different work condition frequency and the minimum area of suction pipe. The regression equation of the suction power loss was obtained with FSI simulation and ANOVA with Mini TAB software.
