摘要
将项目管理中的风险研究应用到通信领域的工程项目管理,通过风险识别、风险估计和风险评价找到进行风险控制的关键要素。使用以大数据分析为抓手的方法论,制定了根据用户价值结合市场签转分3步走的方案,从技术和管理2个方面针对设计方案、投资费用风险、用户流失等关键性的风险因素实施了风险控制。最终项目目标得以实现,同时提供了经验,降低企业运营的风险。
The risk investigation of the project management is applied to the project management in communication field. Risk identification,risk evaluation and risk assessment are used to find the key elements of risk control. By focusing on the methodology based on the big data analysis,a three-step plan is set up in accordance with the value of the users and the market signing.Aiming at design scheme,investment cost risk,user loss and so on,the risk control is implemented from technology and management. Finally,the goal of the project is realized and it provides the experiences and reduces the risk of business operation.
