摘要
目的对检测肺炎支原体感染患儿C反应蛋白和中性粒细胞的临床价值进行探讨。方法选取我院2016年4月~2017年4月间收治的肺炎支原体感染患儿62例作为研究对象,将其设定为观察组,为了保证实验结果的公平性和公正性,同期选取62例体检正常儿童作为研究对象,将其设定为对照组,对两组被检测儿童的C反应蛋白水平、外周血白细胞计数及分类进行观察并比较。结果 C反应蛋白水平超过10mg/L方面,观察组为30/62(48.39%),对照组为3/62(4.84%),两组比较,结果显示,观察组的占有率明显较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。白细胞计数方面,观察组和对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但是,观察组中性粒细胞分数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中C反应蛋白水平和中性粒细胞分数同时升高者明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺炎支原体感染患儿的C反应蛋白水平和中性粒细胞明显升高,这一实验特征,可为临床诊断肺炎支原体感染提供医学依据。
Objective To investigate clinical value of C reactive protein and neutrophils in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods Sixty-two children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the observation group. In order to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the experimental results, in the same period, 62 normal physical examination children were selected as the control group. The levels of C reactive protein, peripheral blood white blood cell count and classification of the two groups were observed and compared. Results In term of C reactive protein level > 10 mg/L, the level of C reactive protein was more than that of 10 mg/L, the observation group was 30/62(48.39%), and the control group was 3/62(4.84%). The occupancy rate of the observation group was less, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). In term of leucocyte count, there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group, and there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05). However, the neutrophils fraction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant(P < 0.05). The levels of C reactive protein and neutrophil fraction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The level of C reactive protein and neutrophils in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is significantly higher. This experimental feature can provide a medical basis for clinical diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.
