摘要
采用超声波辅助无机聚合羟基阳离子插层法,制备了两种不同比例的纳米Al-Zn聚合阳离子柱撑蒙脱土。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对其结构和形貌进行了表征。采用静态吸附实验研究了吸附剂用量、染料初始质量浓度、溶液pH等因素对Al-Zn聚合阳离子柱撑蒙脱土吸附考马斯亮蓝(CBG)染料的影响。结果表明:制得的柱撑蒙脱土层间距有明显增大,Al∶Zn=1∶2、2∶1的d001层间距分别为2.788、2.553 nm,表面存在大量的活性基团—OH,对CBG的去除率高,适合处理印染废水。
Two kinds of different proportions of nano Al-Zn cation polymerized cationic pillared montmorillonite were prepared by ultrasonic assisted inorganic polymeric hydroxy cationic intercalated method. The structure and morphology were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The effects of adsorbent dosage, initial dye concentration and solution p H on the adsorption of Coomassie brilliant blue(CBG) dye with Al-Zn polymerized cation pillared montmorillonite was studied by static adsorption test. The results showed that the spacing of pillared montmorillonite had obvious increase, the d001 layer spacing of Al∶Zn=1∶2, 2∶1 was 2.788 nm and 2.553 nm, respectively. There were a lot of activity —OH groups on the surface, and the removal rate of CBG was high. The process was suitable for treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater.
