摘要
目的:运用实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)对射血分数正常心力衰竭患者(heart failure with reduced ejection fraction,HFNEF)的舒张功能不全分级来探究与血清脑钠肽(BNP)浓度水平的关系。方法:选取射血分数正常心力衰竭患者65例。同期体检中心健康人65例为对照组。根据《2016 ASE/EACVI指南与标准》对舒张功能不全分级,运用超声心动图测量舒张功能相关指标参数;分别测定两组患者的血BNP浓度水平;将两组患者舒张功能不全分级与血BNP浓度水平比较,并作相关性分析。结果:随着舒张功能不全分级程度加重,实验组血BNP浓度水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且舒张功能障碍分级的等级与血BNP浓度水平呈正相关(r=0.338,P<0.05)。结论:应用RT-3DE对舒张功能不全分级与血BNP的结合,可提高超声心动图对HFNEF诊断的准确性。
Objective:To explore the correlation between the grade of diastolic function and the levels of serum brain natriuretic peptide in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction by using the real-time three-dimensional echocardiography.Methods:The patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction( n= 65) were selected as test group.In the same period,65 cases of normal physical examination patients were selected as control group.The levels of the serum brain natriuretic peptide in the two groups were measured.The parameters were measured by echocardiography,according to the《2016 ASE/EACVI guidelines and criteria》.The grading of diastolic dysfunction of the two groups and BNP concentration levels were compared and correlatively analyzed.Results:With the increase of diastolic dysfunction,the level of BNP in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0.05),and the grade of diastolic dysfunction was positively correlated with the serum brain natriuretic peptide concentration( r = 0.338,P < 0.05).Conclusions:RT-3 DE in the grading of diastolic function combined with serum brain natriuretic peptide can improve the accuracy of the echocardiography in the diagnosis of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.
