摘要
目的:观察口服祛寒逐风合剂对阳虚型膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者关节液以及血清中透明质酸(HA)含量的影响。方法:将90例患者随机分为A、B、C3组,每组30例。A组口服祛寒逐风合剂,50 m L/次,3次/d;B组关节腔内注射透明质酸钠,2 m L/次,1次/周;C组同时使用A、B2组的治疗方法。3组均连续治疗5周。观察治疗前后关节滑液和血清中HA水平的变化情况。结果:关节液HA水平治疗前3组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前后3组组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗5周后,3组组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清HA水平治疗前3组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前后3组组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗5周后,A、C组与B组比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:祛寒逐风合剂治疗阳虚型KOA能升高患者关节滑液中HA的含量,降低血清中HA的含量,其中与透明质酸钠联合应用上述作用更加明显。
Objective: To observe the effects of oral administration of Qu Han Zhu Feng mixture on the contents of hyaluronic acid(HA) in joint fluid and the serum of the patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA) of Yang deficiency pattern. Methods: Ninety patients were randomized into the groups of A, B and C. Group A adopted Qu Han Zhu Feng mixture, 50 m L each time, three times per day, group B received sodium hyaluronate by intraarticular injection, 2 m L each time, once per week, and group C adopted therapeutic methods in the group A and B. Three groups were treated for five weeks consecutively. The contents of HA in joint fluid and the serum were observed before and after treating. Results: The difference showed no statistical meaning in the comparisons of the levels of HA in joint fluid before treating among three groups(P>0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons within three groups before and after treating(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant in the comparisons among three groups in five weeks after treating(P<0.05). The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of HA contents in the serum before treating among three groups(P>0.05); the difference presented statistical meaning in the comparison between before and after treating within three groups(P<0.05), when group A and C were compared with group B in five weeks after treating, there was a significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusion: Qu Han Zhu Feng mixture could raise HA contents in knee joint synovia and decrease HA contents in the serum in the treatment of the patients with KOA of Yang deficiency pattern, its effects are more obvious when it is combined with sodium hyaluronate.
