摘要
以叶天士为源,吴瑭为流,系统归纳和总结吴瑭《温病条辨》中8首半夏泻心汤类方对叶天士泻心法的继承和发展,通过分析吴瑭变通运用半夏泻心汤的手法及规律,发现吴瑭继承了叶氏苦寒泄肝、辛热通胃的新颖理论,扩展了"辛开苦降"法的临床运用。
By taking Ye Tianshi as the origin and Wu Tang as the development, eight pieces of Ban Xia Xie Xin decoction series in Wu Tang′ s Wen Bing Tiao Bian were systematically concluded and summarized to analyze its inheritance and development from Ye Tianshi′s purging stomach-heat method. Wu Tang inherited Ye′s new theory of bitter-cold to discharge the liver and acrid-heat to clear the stomach and developed clinical application of"acrid opening and bitter downbearing"through analyzing his skills and rules of using Ban Xia Xie Xin decoction flexibly.
