摘要
线粒体炫(mitochondrial flash,mitoflash)是近几年新发现的一种反映线粒体电化学兴奋性的功能事件,也是高度保守并且广泛存在的量子化的线粒体信号事件,在真核生物的生理和病理过程中发挥重要作用。线粒体炫信号受到线粒体活性氧、钙、质子等信号的高度调控,与线粒体能量代谢、氧化应激响应等紧密相关。调控线粒体炫活性可能为研究线粒体相关疾病提供新的思路和策略。
Mitochondrial flashes(mitoflashes) are recently discovered mitochondrial activity which reflects chemical and electrical excitation of the organelle. Emerging evidence indicates that mitoflashes represent highly regulated,quantal signaling events that play important roles in physiological and pathophysiological processes in eukaryotes. Furthermore,they are regulated by mitochondrial ROS,Ca^(2+),and protons,and are closely related with mitochondrial metabolic processes and oxidative stress. As such,targeting mitoflash activity may provide a novel means for the control of mitochondrial metabolism and signaling in health and disease.
