摘要
对机械设计加工而言,机械设计加工是集技巧、流程、技术于一体的系统性工作,注意事项非常多。文章首先探讨了如何合理选取材料,以保证符合使用性能及经济性能的需求,规范设计,减少生产成本消耗作了分析阐述;其次对影响机加工件表面物理力学性能的因素作了充分分析,最后就润滑剂功能及如何选取作了阐述,以此提高机械设计加工水平及质量。现着重分析机械设计加工中主要注意点,以此优化机械设计加工。
Mechanical design and machining is a systematic work that integrates skills, processes and technologies, and there are many matters needing attention. This paper first discusses how to select materials reasonably, in order to meet the requirements of performance and economy, standardize the design, and reduce production cost consumption. Secondly, the factors affecting the physical and mechanical properties of the workpiece surface are fully analyzed. Finally, the function of lubricant and how to select the lubri-cant are described, so as to improve the level and quality of mechanical design and processing. This paper focuses on the analysis of the main points of attention in mechanical design and processing, so as to optimize the mechanical design and processing.
