摘要
作为关系公众生命与健康的特殊行业,医药企业生态责任包括对人的"生命责任"以及对复合生态系统的生态责任。以"生命责任"为核心的生态责任是医药企业社会责任的重要组成部分,承担着维护和延续个体生命以及复合生态系统健康、共生、持续与和谐的特殊使命。制药企业要实现与利益相关者共生,实现企业与顾客的共赢,实现企业与社会的共荣,就必须树立以"良心、良知、良能"为导向的良善价值观,构建"以生态为中心,尊重生命,敬畏天地自然"的伦理观、经营观与责任观。这是制药企业生态责任建设的基石。建立和完善生态责任制度,实施系统、有效的生态措施则是医药企业生态责任建设的重要保障。
As a special industry that has a bearing on the life and health of the public, the ecological responsibility of pharmaceutical enterprises includes their "life responsibility" and their ecological responsibility to the composite ecosystem. The ecological responsibility with "life responsibility"as its core is an important part of the social responsibility of pharmaceutical enterprises. It undertakes the special mission of safeguarding and renewing individual life and the health, symbiosis, continuity and harmony of the compound ecosystem. To realize the symbiosis with stakeholders, realize the win-win situation between enterprises and customers and realize the common prosperity between enterprises and society, pharmaceutical enterprises must establish good values ??guided by "conscience,conscience and good energy" Center, Respect for Life, Awe of Heaven and Earth ". This is the cornerstone of the ecological responsibility of pharmaceutical companies. The establishment and improvement of ecological responsibility system, the implementation of systematic and effective ecological measures are the important guarantee for the ecological responsibility of pharmaceutical enterprises.
