摘要
职业能力测评是一种针对职业能力与职业认同感的评价,是近年来引进国内的较为先进的综合职业能力评价方法。本文分析了职业能力测评过程中出现的一些可以导致结果失真的人为因素;讨论了神经元网络逻辑推理器应用于职业能力测评过程的可行性;并研究了神经元网络推理器应用于职业能力测评的实施方法。
Occupational proficiency assessment is a kind of appraisal of occupational competence and professional identity. It is a more advanced comprehensive appraisal method of vocational ability introduced into China in recent years. This paper analyzes some human factors that may lead to distortion of results in the process of occupational proficiency assessment. It also discusses the feasibility of neural network logical reasoner applying to occupational proficiency assessment process. And it also studies the application of neural network reasoner in vocational proficiency assessment The implementation method.
