摘要
以郑单958号玉米种子为试验对象,通过土培育苗法探索五种不同原材料处理对玉米幼苗生长的影响。主要原材料包括腐植酸、蘑菇渣、糠醛渣、烟土及草木灰。通过单因素分析确定促进玉米幼苗生长的最适原料用量分别为腐植酸300 g·m-3,蘑菇渣120 g·m-3,糠醛渣120 g·m-3,烟土300 g·m-3。基于以上研究,将不同原料按一定比例配比进行正交实验,确定最适玉米幼苗生长的原料组合比例为腐植酸:烟土:蘑菇渣:糠醛渣=15:15:6:4。进而可以为新型生物肥料的开发提供依据。
The experiment was conducted through soil culture to study the effects of different raw materials on the growth of maize seeding zhengdan958. The raw material include humic acid, mushroom residue, furfural residue, affion and plant ash. The research indicate that the addition of 300 g m-3 of humic acid, 120 g m-3 of mushroom residue,120 g m-3 of furfural residue, 300 g m-3 of affion respectively could promote the growth of maize seeding. Orthogonal experiment showed that the optimal ratio of these materials were humic acid : affion : mushroom residue : furfural residue =15 : 15 : 6 : 4. It can lay a foundation for exploiting new bio-fertilizer.
