摘要
目的评价胆结石手术健康教育期间采取临床护理路径的效果。方法选择我院收治的胆结石患者110例,按照随机数字表法平均分为两组,参照组55例患者接受常规健康教育,观察组55例患者在参照组基础上采取临床护理路径健康教育。对比两组胆结石手术患者护理工作问卷满意度以及疾病知识、健康教育达标率调查结果。结果观察组胆结石手术患者护理满意度为100%,参照组胆结石手术患者护理满意度为85.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胆结石手术患者疾病知识以及健康教育达标率为96.36%,参照组胆结石手术患者疾病知识以及健康教育达标率为80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育中应用临床护理路径可以提高胆结石手术患者护理满意度、疾病知识知晓率。
Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical nursing path during the health education of cholelithiasis operation. Methods 110 cases of cholelithiasis in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 55 patients in the reference group was given routine health education, 55 patients in the observation group adopted the clinical nursing path health education on the basis of the reference group. The satisfaction of the two groups of patients with cholelithiasis surgery, as well as the results of the knowledge of disease and the rate of health education were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 100%, and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the reference group was 85.45%, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The rate of disease knowledge and health education compliance rate in the observation group was 96.36%. The rate of disease knowledge and health education in the reference group was 80.00%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing path in health education can improve the satisfaction of patients with cholelithiasis operation and the awareness of disease knowledge.
