摘要
虚拟世界的匿名性、开放性和难管控性加大了网络治理的难度,新媒体的不断发展和互联网技术的逐渐成熟更是使得网络监管难上加难。网络暴力事件的频频发生,对人民生活及社会安定造成了极大的危害,如何有效规避网络暴力带来的社会危害,无疑是政府社会治理的一道难题。基于此,从完善政府网络监管角度,阐述网络暴力的表现形式,剖析其形成的原因,并提出相应的治理对策。
The anonymity,openness and difficulty of the virtual world increase the difficulty of network governance.The continuous developmentof new media and the gradual maturity of Internet technology make network supervision more difficult.The frequent occurrence ofnetwork violence has caused great harm to people＇s life and social stability.How to effectively avoid the social harm brought by network violenceis undoubtedly a difficult problem for the government.Based on this,this paper expounds the manifestation of network violence fromthe angle of perfecting the government network supervision,and analyzes the reasons for its formation.And puts forward the correspondingmanagement countermeasure.
