摘要
根据美国"网络中心战"的军事思想,未来战争的形态是多样化的;未来战争不仅需要武器装备的现代化,更需要战略指挥平台的智能化。军民融合工作运行体系智能化建设的构想,所针对的便是"网络中心战"的军事思想,有助于军民融合的战略思想能够落到实处,真正实现富国、强军的战略目标。构想中的智能并非传统意义上的人工智能,而是仿生智能。目前,仿生智能方面的研究已经在理论上实现了一些突破,但需要实践的检验。如果实践证明这一构想的确是可行的,那不仅是认知理论的重大突破,也是智能技术领域里的重大突破。如能将这一研究成果率先应用于军民融合工作运行体系的智能化建设上,必能发挥更大的战略效应。
According to American military principles of"Network Centric Warfare",future wars must be diversified. They demand both weaponry modernization and strategic command platform intelligentization. The conception of intelligent military-civilian integration operation system is targeted toward the military principles of "Network Centric Warfare". This contributes to the realization of the strategic military-civilian integration principles,so as to achieve the strategic goal of a"prosperous country and strong army". The conceived intelligence is not artificial intelligence in the traditional sense,but a bionomic one. There are already some theoretical achievements in bionomic intelligence,which are to be further verified in practice. Once the conception is proved to be practical,it would be great breakthroughs in both cognitive theories and intelligence technology. If this research result is first applied in the intelligent construction of military-civilian integration operation system,it is bound to bring about greater strategic effects.
