摘要
目的探讨综合性护理干预在老年冠心病合并高血压患者中的应用。方法选择2015年1月—2017年1月在我院接受治疗的老年冠心病合并高血压患者130例,将其分为对照组和干预组,每组65例。对照组采用常规护理,干预组采用综合性护理干预,比较两组患者护理效果。结果干预组满意度与疾病知晓率分别为95.38%,98.46%,对照组分别为78.46%,89.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理干预在老年冠心病合并高血压患者护理中有着确切的效果,能够有效提高患者疾病知晓率与护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension. Methods 130 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension were selected in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017. They were divided into control group and intervention group, 65 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing, and the intervention group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention to compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The degree of satisfaction and awareness of disease in the intervention group were 95.38%, 98.46%, and 78.46% and 89.23% in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has defnite effect in nursing care of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension. It can effectively improve the awareness rate of disease and nursing satisfaction.
