摘要
通过产业结构偏离度和就业弹性研究辽宁省产业结构和就业结构的动态关系,了解辽宁省第一、二、三产业的发展情况及吸纳劳动力情况,指出辽宁省第一产业的偏离现象并没有得到改善,存在大量的剩余劳动力需要转移,第二产业吸纳劳动力不足,尤其是国企改革的推进及资本技术密集型产业的发展,第三产业具有较大的发展潜力和增长空间。
The dynamic relationship between industrial structure and employment structure in Liaoning Province is studied through industrial structure deviation and employment elasticity. The development and the situation of absorbing labor force are analyzed of the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries in Liaoning Province. It is pointed out that the deviation of the primary industry in Liaoning has not been improved,and a large number of surplus labor transfer is needed; the capacity of the secondary industry to absorb the labor force is insufficient,especially due to the advance of the reform of state-ow ned enterprises and the development of capital technology intensive industries; the tertiary industry has great potential for development and space for growth.
