摘要
采用砂培方法研究了不同氮素形态及配比(NH_4^+-N∶NO_3^--N分别为100∶0、75∶25、50∶50、25∶75和0∶100)对天门冬农学性状、叶绿素含量和有效成分含量等生理特性的影响,以期为天门冬氮肥的科学、合理施用提供依据。结果表明,在总氮量为14 mmol/L的条件下,天门冬茎长增长量、块根鲜重增长量与叶片叶绿素含量均随铵态氮与硝态氮比例的提高而增加,在铵硝比为25∶75时达到最大;游离氨基和可溶性糖的含量与农学性质及叶绿素含量变化规律基本一致,两者均在铵硝比为25∶75时达到最大,但皂苷含量在全铵条件下最高。可见,不同形态氮素营养对天门冬生长和品质影响显著,以食用为主时宜提高硝态氮比例(铵硝比为25∶75),以药用为主时则可适当提高铵态氮比例。
The effects of different nitrogen form ratios(NH4^+-N∶ NO3^--N was 100 ∶ 0,75 ∶ 25,50 ∶ 50,25 ∶ 75,0 ∶ 100) on growth and quality of A.cochinchinensis were studied using sand culture method,which could provide scientific basis for reasonable application of nitrogen fertilizer.The results showed that at the N level of 14 mmol/L,stem growth,rhizome weight and chlorophyll content all increased with the increasing of NO3^--N ratio and reached the maximum values at the NH4^+-N∶ NO3^--N ratio of 25∶ 75.The amino acids and soluble sugar had the same change trend as the agronomic traits and chlorophyll content,which reached a higher level at NH4^+-N∶ NO3^--N ratio of 25∶ 75,but the saponin content was the highest under the condition of ammonium.Overall,different nitrogen form ratios had a significant effect on the growth and quality of A.cochinchinensis.Higher NO3^--N ratio(NH4^+-N∶ NO3^--N ratio of 25∶ 75) was suitable if this plant was used to eat,otherwise as a medicine,it could be cultivated under appropriate higher NH4^+-N ratio.
