摘要
随着我国经济结构和产业结构的不断调整优化,产业工人队伍及其劳动关系正在发生新的变化,了解劳动者群体的利益诉求状况,有利于推动企业构建和谐劳动关系,促进企业健康发展。当前,劳动者群体利益诉求热点明显并呈现多元化趋势,不同劳动者群体的利益诉求开始分化,利益诉求渠道与利益解决机制等方面有待进一步完善和健全。各级党政部门和工会要把解决好劳动者群体的利益诉求问题纳入到构建和谐劳动关系、推进和谐社会建设中去,要疏通劳动者群体的集体利益诉求表达渠道,切实解决好当前劳动者群体利益诉求方面的热点问题,高度关注劳动者群体利益诉求的网络社交互动平台。
Along with our country＇s economic restructuring and optimization, industrial workers and the labor relationship is undergoing new changes. So understanding the interests of the workers will promote enterprises to construct harmonious labor relations, promote the healthy development of enterprises. At present, the hot spots of laborers＇ interest appeals tend to diversify. The interests of different workers begin to differentiate, and the channels of interest appeals and interest solving mechanisms need get further improvement. The party and government departments at all levels and the trade unions should incorporate with the problem of solving the interests of workers into the construction of harmonious labor relations. Party and government departments as well as trade unions at all levels should smooth the expression channels of collective interest demands of workers, solve the hot issues of interest demands of workers, and pay attention to the network platform of interest demands of workers.
