新一代网络化广播标准中数据链路传输的ROHC-U压缩技术 被引量:1

摘要 ROHC(Robust Header Compression)是IETF任务组定义的一种无线链路协议头压缩机制,基于协议头的冗余信息进行压缩,在不影响传输业务Qo S的情况下高效利用了可用带宽,新一代广播系统美国ATSC3.0标准中的物理层采用了该技术对多格式输入数据进行封装压缩。本文以ROHC-U单向包头压缩技术为研究对象,搭建压缩效率分析平台,对比了不同压缩类型和不同压缩数据包大小的压缩效率,给出了新一代广播系统应用ROHC单向包头压缩带来的系统带宽增益。 Robust Header Compression(i.e. ROHC) is a standardized protocol header compression mechanism for wireless links defined by IETF, ROHC compresses the header size of the protocols based on redundant information in the headers, thereby efficiently using the available bandwidth without drop in Qo S. ATSC3.0 standard, one of new generation broadcast systems in U.S., use this technology to encapsulate the multiple-formats input data in physical layer. ROHC-Unidirectional Mode technology is studied and a compression efficiency analysis platform is established. Compression efficiency of different compression types and different packet lengths is presented, and the system bandwidth gains obtained by applying ROHC unidirectional mode is given as well.
