摘要
【摘要】长链非编码RNA（1ncRNA）是一类不编码蛋白质、转录长度超过200nt的RNA。lncRNA在多种肿瘤中表达失衡，并显示出一定的组织特异性，在表观遗传学调控、转录调控与转录后调控等方面发挥着重要作用。肺癌是目前我国和全球范围内发病率和病死率最高的疾病。本文就lncRNA与非小细胞肺癌及小细胞肺癌的研究进展进行综述，以便更好地指导诊治并评估预后。
Long non-coding RNA （lncRNA） is a kind of RNA that does not encode proteins and transcription length is more than 200 nucleotides. The expression of lncRNA shows imbalance in various tumors and has certain tissue specificity. It also plays an important role in epigenetics regulation, transcriptional regulation and post transcriptional regulation. At present, the morbidity and mortality of lung cancer are the highest in our country and around the world. In order to better guide the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis, this paper reviews the progress of lncRNA in non-small cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer.
