Correlation analysis of BNP, TNI level change and pulmonary embolism

摘要 目的 探讨血浆脑钠肽(BNP)、肌钙蛋白I (TNI)水平与肺栓塞病情及预后的关系。方法 选取2015年2月至2016年12月在商丘市第一人民医院治疗的急性肺栓塞患者88例,其中高危患者16例,中危患者35例,低危患者37例,检测患者BNP和TNI水平。结果 高危组BNP和TNI分别为(384.22±39.41)ng/L和(2.40±0.83)μg/L,明显高于中危组和低危组(P 值均〈0.05);中危患者BNP和TNI分别为(254.12±52.16)ng/L和(1.35±0.29)μg/L,明显高于低危患者(P 值均〈0.05);BNP和TNI与患者病情呈正相关(rs=0.322、0.301,P 值均〈0.05);BNP与TNI无相关性;高危组死亡患者BNP和TNI分别为(405.63±33.42)ng/L和(2.65±0.94)μg/L,明显高于存活患者(F =42.106、10.813,P 值均〈0.05)。结论 肺栓塞患者BNP和TNI水平与病情呈正相关,同时与患者预后有一定的关系,对临床诊治和预后判断有重要指导意义。 Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and troponin I (TNI) and the severity and prognosis of pulmonary embolism. Methods 88 patients with acute pulmonary embolism treated in Shangqiu First People's Hospital from February 2015 to December 2016 were selected, including 16 cases of high-risk, 35 cases of intermediate-risk, and 37 cases of low-risk. The levels of BNP and TNI of patients were detected. Results The levels of BNP and TNI in high-risk group were (384.22±39.41) ng/L and (2.40± 0.83) μg/L, which were significantly higher than those in intermediate-risk group and low-risk group (all P 〈0.05). The levels of BNP and TNI in intermediate-risk group were (254.12±52.16) ng/L and (1.35 ± 0.29) μg/L, which were significantly higher than those in low-risk group (all P〈0.05). BNP and TNI were positively correlated with the patients' condition ( r s =0. 322,0. 301, all P〈0.05). There was no correlation between BNP and TNI. BNP and TNI of death patients in high-risk group were (405.63±33.42) ng/L and (2.65±0.94)μg/L, which were significantly higher than those of survival patients ( F=42. 106, 10.813, all P〈0.05). Coaclusions The levels of BNP and TNI in patients with pulmonary embolism are positively correlated with patients' condition, have some relationship with the prognosis of patients, and have important guiding significance in clinical diagnosis and prognosis judgment.
