摘要 介绍GH4145合金毛细管的生产工艺流程,重点分析其穿孔工艺,指出穿孔工艺的关键控制点,并对穿孔工艺进行改进。分析认为:加大皮带轮尺寸,在管坯尾端焊接长度50~100 mm的碳素管坯,调整穿孔机顶杆小车水平度,将穿孔机导板改为导辊,可降低穿孔缺陷的产生概率,提高穿孔效率和产品成材率。 Briefed in the paper is the manufacturing process for GH4145 wrought superalloy capillarity tube, focusing on an in-deep analysis of the piercing process. And the key control points thereof are identified, and accordingly the piercing process is improved. The analysis leads to such as conclusion that, the propobility of piercing defects will be reduced, and the piercing efficiency and the product yield are enhanced by means of increasing the pulley size, welding a 50-100 mm long carbon steel tube onto the GH4145 tube end, adjusting the levelness of the plug bar car of the piercing mill, and replacing the piereer guide shoe with guide roller, etc.
