营养干预对消化系统恶性肿瘤化疗患者营养状况的影响 被引量:5

Effect of nutritional intervention on nutritional status of chemotherapy patients with digestive malignancies

摘要 目的分析营养干预对消化系统恶性肿瘤化疗患者营养状况的影响。方法将130例消化系统恶性肿瘤患者采用随机法分为干预组48例和对照组82例,干预组进行营养干预联合化疗,对照组进行单纯化疗,入院24 h内、1周后分别行营养风险筛查,比较2组评分变化。结果对照组入院24 h内、1周后营养风险发生率分别为14.6%(12/82)、31.7%(26/82);干预组入院24 h内、1周后营养风险发生率分别为35.4%(17/48)、18.8%(9/48)。对照组1周后营养风险评分较24 h内升高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。干预组前后2次评分比较,1周后营养风险评分较24 h内下降,差异有统计学意义(P=0.018)。2组1周后营养风险比较,干预组营养风险明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021)。结论消化系统恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间营养干预有利于降低机体的营养风险,改善营养状况。 Objective To study the effect on the nutritional status of patients with digestive system malignant tumor chemotherapy in the nutrition intervention. Methods 130 cases of digestive system malignant tumor patients were divided into two groups by random method. Intervention group ( n = 48 ) took nutrition intervention chemotherapy, and control group ( n = 82) only used chemotherapy. Adeptod nutritional risk screening within 24 hours once patient admitted to hospital. Carried on nutritional risk screening again after a week,then the changes of scores in two groups were compared. Results The incidence of nutritional risk in control group within 24 hours and 1 week after admitted to hospital were 14.6% (12/82) and 31.7% (26/82) respectively. The incidence of nutritional risk in intervention group within 24 hours and 1 week after admitted to hos- pitalwere 35.4% (14/48) and 18.8% (9/48) respectively. The nutritional risk score after 1 week for control group was in- creasing comparing to that of within 24 hours and the difference was statistically significant (P= 0.010). The nutritional risk score after 1 week for intervention group was decreasing comparing to that of within 24 hours and the difference was statistically significant (P = 0.018 ). Comparing the scores for 1 week after, the nutrition risk for the intervention group was significantly lower than that of control group (P = 0.021 ). Conclusion Nutritional intervention during the chemotherapy of patients with digestive system malignant tumors is beneficial to reduce the nutritional risk of the body and improve the nutritional status.
