摘要
目的分析探讨超短波配合少腹逐瘀汤治疗原发性痛经的临床效果。方法选取100例原发性痛经患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各50例;对照组患者施以布洛芬缓释胶囊和少腹逐瘀汤治疗,而研究组患者施以超短波配合少腹逐瘀汤治疗,然后对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果经相应治疗后,研究组患者疼痛度评分效果显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率为98.0%,比对照组患者的治疗总有效率82.0%明显偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1月后再次来月经时随访,研究组患者复发率14.0%比对照组患者40.0%明显偏低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超短波配合少腹逐瘀汤治疗原发性痛经的临床效果显著,能有效减轻患者疼痛症状,降低复发率,促进患者康复,安全可靠,具有广阔的临床应用价值。
Objective Analysis and Discussion on the clinical effect of ultrashort wave combined with Shao Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 100 cases of primary dysmenorrhea patients as the research object,randomly divided into study group and control group,50 cases in each; the control Zhuyu Decoction treatment with Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules and lower abdomen patients,while the study group were treated by ultrashort wave combined with Shaofuzhuyu decoction,and then compare the two groups of patients with clinical treatment effect.Results After the corresponding treatment,the pain score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.0%,and the total effective rate of the treatment was 82.0% higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment of menstruation after January,the recurrence rate of the study group was 14.0% lower than that of the control group(40.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrashort wave combined with Shao Fu Zhuyu decoction is effective in treating primary dysmenorrhea.It can effectively relieve pain symptoms,reduce relapse rate,promote patient recovery,and is safe and reliable,and has wide clinical application value.
