摘要
目的:探讨曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物与疏血通合用治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法:收集240例脑梗死患者,按照患者入院顺序交替分为观察组和对照组各120例,对照组患者给予疏血通治疗,观察组此基础上给予曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物治疗,比较两组治疗效果以及治疗前后神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为95.0%(114/120),高于对照组的85.0%(106/120)(P<0.05);治疗前两组NIHSS评分间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组评分均降低,且观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后均未出现药物并发症。结论:脑梗死患者采用曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物与疏血通联合治疗可以改善神经功能,较为安全,值得临床推荐。
Objective： To investigate the effect of the combination of troxeratin cerebroprotein hydrolysate and Shuxuetong in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods：240 cases of cerebral infarction patients in our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to the order of admission, 120 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given Shuxuetong treatment. The study group was treated with troxerutin cerebroprotein hydrolysate combined with Shuxuetong. The treatment effects and NIHSS scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate of the study group was 95.0% （114/120）, higher than that of the control group （85. 0%, 106/120）, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Before treatment, the difference of NIHSS score between the two groups was not statistically significant （ P 〉0.05）. After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups decreased, and the score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no complications caused by drug use in the two treatment groups. Condusion： Cerebral infarction patients can improve the nerve function by the combination of troxerutin cerebroprotein hydrolysate and Shuxuetong, which is safe and worthy of clinical recommendation.
