摘要
目的:探究输卵管气囊支架术在输卵管性不孕症患者中的应用价值。方法:选择2013年3月至2015年4月50例输卵管性不孕症患者,将所有患者随机分为两组。观察组25例,实施输卵管气囊支架术治疗;对照组25例,实施开腹输卵管吻合术治疗。比较两组术后输卵管通畅情况以及妊娠情况。结果:观察组患者输卵管通畅率为96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05);观察组术中总妊娠率为88.00%高于对照组的64.00%。结论:采用输卵管气囊支架术治疗输卵管性不孕症患者,能提高患者输卵管通畅率和妊娠率,应用价值较高。
Objective：To investigate the application value of oviduct operations with air-bag support in patients with oviductive infertility.Methods：50 patients with oviductive infertility in our hospital from March 2013 to April 2015 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table.The experimental group（n=25） was given oviduct operations with air-bag support and the control group（n=25） was given open tubal anastomosis.The postoperative tubal patency and pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results：The tubal patency rate of control group was 84.00 %,which was lower than 96.00% of experimental group（P〈0.05）;the intraoperative total pregnancy rate in experimental group was 88.00 %,which was higher than 64.00 % in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Oviduct operations with air-bag support in the treatment of oviductive infertility can increase the tubal patency rate and pregnancy rate,which has higher application value.
