摘要
目的:探讨常乐康(酪酸梭菌与双歧杆菌二联活菌)对晚期早产儿淋巴细胞亚群(T、B、NK细胞)分化的影响。方法:70例晚期早产儿随机分为常乐康组(35例)和对照组(35例),常乐康组将常乐康420 mg溶于100 mL配方奶或温开水中服用,2次/d,连服7 d;对照组在与常乐康组相同时间仅给予等量配方奶或温开水。分别于入院当天及入院后第8 d采集患儿外周静脉血1 mL,并用流式细胞仪检测淋巴细胞各亚群的百分率。结果:最终常乐康组18例、对照组20例完成实验。喂养后两组早产儿CD_4^+T细胞比例均增高(P<0.05),且常乐康组的增幅大于对照组(P<0.05);两组早产儿CD_8^+T细胞比例均降低(P<0.05),且常乐康组的降幅大于对照组(P<0.05);两组早产儿CD_4^+/CD_8^+细胞比值均增加(P<0.05),且常乐康组细胞比值增加幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前后两组早产儿NK细胞和B淋巴细胞的比例变化比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:常乐康可促进T淋巴细胞的活化、增殖和分化,促进免疫系统的发育和成熟,有益于提高晚期早产儿的免疫力。
Objective:To investigate the effects of changlekang(Live clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium joint viable powder) on the differentiation of lymphocyte subsets T,B and NK cells in late preterm infants.Methods:A total of 70 late preterm infants were randomly divided into the changlekang group(the changlekang,1 tablet(420 mg)/time,2 times a day,were dissolved in formula milk or warm water,then taken orally for 7 days) and the control group(the same amount of formula or warm water were given for 7 days).1 mL Peripheral venous blood were collected at the day of admission and the eighth day after admission respectively,and the percentages of lymphocyte subsets were determined by flow cytometry.Results:18 cases in the changlekang group and 20 cases in the control group completed the trial.The proportions of CD_4~+ T cells were increased in the two groups,and the increase in the changlekang group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05).The proportions of CD_8~+ T cells were decreased in the two groups,and the decrease in the changlekang group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05).The ratios of CD_4~+/CD_8~+ were both enhanced in the two groups,and the increase in the changlekang group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in the proportion of NK cells and B lymphocytes between the two groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion:Changlekang can promote the activation,proliferation and differentiation of T lymphocytes,and promote the development and mature of the immune system,which is beneficial to improve the immunity of late preterm infants.
