摘要
[目的 /意义]探索高校人文学科用户的信息需求与服务需求。[方法 /过程]采用访谈法收集16位江苏大学赛珍珠文献资源中心用户的需求信息,运用扎根理论归纳出19个范畴和4个主范畴。[结果 /结论 ]结果显示:馆藏资源需求、空间需求、科研服务需求以及互动合作需求是人文学科研究者最主要的4个服务需求,据此提出3个改进策略,分别是优化特色馆藏的收集及组织,提供个性化科研服务以及建设学习空间、促进交流与合作。
[Purpose/significance]This paper, taking the users of Pearl S. Buck Document Resource Center of Jiangsu University as the case, explores the content and characteristics of the user needs for the special collection of humanities in academic libraries. [Method/process]The data concerning the needs of 16 special users were collected through interviews. And 19 categories and 4 main categories are summarized through grounded theory. [Result/conclusion] Library resources, space, scientific research service as well as the interaction and cooperation of researchers are the four most important user demands. Libraries should optimize the collection and organization of the construction, provide personalized research services and provide humanities with space and opportunities of cooperation.
