摘要 聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)是一种性能优异的含氟高分子材料,具有良好的力学性能、耐化学腐蚀性、耐高温性、耐氧化性以及耐候性等,但PVDF存在表面能低、亲水性低等性能缺陷,限制了其更广泛的应用。通过有机材料和无机材料对PVDF薄膜进行功能化改性,分析了不同材料对PVDF薄膜相容性、亲水性、熔体流动性能、力学性能及电性能等的影响,有效地改善了PVDF薄膜的综合性能,拓宽了PVDF薄膜的应用范围,满足了PVDF薄膜在太阳能电池、锂离子电池、生物医学以及净化分离等领域中的应用要求,并对PVDF薄膜未来的研究方向和发展前景进行了展望。 As one of the excellent performance fluoropolymer, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) has good mechanical properties, chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance ,oxidation resistance and weather resistance. However, the surface energy and hydrophilicity of PVDF are lower,which are the major defects for its more wide application. The effects of different materials on the compatibility, hydrophilicity, melt flow properties, mechanical properties and electrical properties of PVDF film are analyzed by functional modification of PVDF film with organic and inorganic materials. The comprehensive performance of the PVDF film is effectively improved, and the application range of PVDF film is broadened. So, PVDF film can be used in solar ceils, lithium ion batteries, biomedicine and purification and separation fields successfuly, the research direction and development prospect of PVDF film in the future are also prospected.
