摘要
近年来,随着我国经济社会的不断发展完善,志愿服务的发展也进入繁荣阶段。但是由于农村经济社会发展水平普遍低于城市,志愿服务组织在农村的出现较城市更晚,发展速度也更慢,对于志愿服务的需求也更加突出。因此,农村地区的志愿服务组织建设研究具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。基于安徽省潜山县塔畈爱心志愿者协会为例,介绍内外因素相互作用下山区农村志愿服务组织产生的社会背景;从农村志愿组织发展、志愿者队伍以及志愿活动等方面介绍农村志愿服务的现实状况;对农村志愿服务的优势和存在的问题进行梳理,根据梳理结果提出相应的对策。
In recent years, with the continuous development of China＇ s economic and social development, voluntary service has stepped into the stage of prosperity. However, the volunteer service organizations in the rural areas appeared later than in cities because of their poor economic and social development, so the demands for volunteer service are also more prominent. Thus, research on volun- teer service organizations construction in rural areas has important theoretical and practical signifi- cance. This aricle takes Tafan Volunteer Association（ in Qianshan county, Anhui province） as an ex- ample to introduce the social background for those organizations to be born with internal and external factors interaction. What＇ s more, it also introduces their status quo from such aspects as rural volunteer organizations development, volunteers and volunteer activities. Finally, it will come to the advantages and problems of the rural volunteer service, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
