摘要
为了探索案例教学结合以问题为基础的学习(problem—based learning,PBL)在生理学课程中的应用。筛选与生理学理论内容高度相关的临床病例,以这些病例为蓝本,编写生理学案例;开设“案例生理学”课程,制定教学大纲及教学计划,设计教学环节,应用案例式PBL开展教学实践活动。完成生理学案例的撰写,共包括25种疾病的35个临床病例,同时已应用其中的一个案例进行教学试点。实践证明,案例式PBL可应用于生理学的教学实践,其效果还有待进一步研究。
To explore the application of case-based problem-based learning (PBL) teaching method in physiological teaching. The clinical cases highly correlated with the theory content of physiology, they were selected and modified physiological case. Case physiology curriculum was launched. Syllabus, teaching plan and teaching step were also designed in order to apply case-based PBL teaching method in teaching prac- tice. The construction of physiological case had been finished which included 55 cases associated with 25 kinds of clinical diseases. Meanwhile, one of the cases had been used to test the application of case-based PBL teaching method. It showed that case based PBL teaching can be applied to the teaching practice of physiology. The effects remain to be studied.
