摘要
目的观察针灸治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法将2016年4月—2017年4月在我院针灸科治疗的120例慢性咽炎患者随机分为两组,对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用针灸治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状改善情况、炎性因子水平。结果观察组治疗有效率为95%,明显高于对照组的70%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后咽部疼痛、干痒、灼热、异物感、干咳、咽后壁充血、咽后壁淋巴滤泡增生、咽后壁血管扩张等症状及体征积分明显低于对照组,两组间有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-2、TNF-α较对照组明显改善,两组间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效显著,改善症状及体征效果确切,有效调节炎性因子水平,减少咽喉免疫损伤,从根本上治疗咽炎,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating chronic pharyngitis. Methods 120 patients with chronic pharyngitis treated in our hospital from April 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Western medicine. The observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion. The clinical curative effect,Symptom improvement and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 95%,which was significantly higher than 70% of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment,throat pain,itching,burning,foreign body sensation,dry cough,pharyngeal hyperemia,pharyngeal lymphoid follicular hyperplasia,pharyngeal vasodilation and other symptoms and signs score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）. The levels of IL-1 and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The levels of IL-2,TNF-α was significantly improved comparing with the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis is remarkable,which can improve the symptoms and signs,and effectively regulate the level of inflammatory factors,reduce the immune damage of throat,and treat the pharyngitis radically.
