茶藨子属植物逆境生理研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 茶藨子属(Ribes Linn.)植物绝大部分处于野生生长状态,其资源数量和分布区正逐年减少,研究其生理特性和保护亟待加强。文中对近年来国内外有关茶藨子属植物的抗逆性表现及其调控机制进行综述,分析了低温、高温、干旱、盐碱、病害等逆境条件下的生长状况,发现许多逆境能诱导其形态结构、代谢特点(水分状况、光合作用、呼吸作用、物质代谢)发生明显变化,茶藨子属植物通过生长发育调节、代谢调节、渗透调节等几种方式增强抗逆性。在掌握茶藤子属植物生长环境的基础上,深入研究其逆境生理,可为该物种种质资源保护及开发利用提供科学参考。 Most of Ribes plants grow wide, but their quantity and distribution area are shrinking year by year, and the research on their physiological characteristics and protection needs to be strengthened. In this paper, we reviewed the stress resistance and the regulation mechanism of Ribes in recent years, and analyzed their growth condition under the stress of low temperature, high temperature, draught, saline and diseases. The results showed that many adversities can induce the significant changes in its morphological structure, metabolic characteristics (water status, photosynthesis, respiration and material metabolism), and the Ribes plants could have their stress resistance enhanced through growth and development regulation, metabolic regulation, osmotic adjustment and several other ways. On the basis of understanding the growth environment of Ribes, we could study their stress physiology, which would provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of their germplasm resources.
