摘要
研究菟丝子对1~42日龄肉仔鸡免疫和抗氧化指标的影响。选用1日龄肉仔鸡180只,随机分为3个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组(DZ组)饲喂基础饲粮;菟丝子试验组(TS组)饲喂基础饲粮+2%菟丝子;酒炙菟丝子试验组(JTS组)饲喂基础饲粮+2%酒炙菟丝子。在第21 d和42 d测定肉仔鸡血清中的免疫指标、免疫器官指数及抗氧化指标。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,酒炙菟丝子显著提高了21日龄肉仔鸡的血清LZM活性(P<0.05)、胸腺指数(P<0.05),并且显著提高了42日龄肉仔鸡的血清GLB水平(P<0.05)、脾脏指数(P<0.05)、血浆GSH-Px活性(P<0.05),显著降低了42日龄肉仔鸡的胸肌MDA含量(P<0.05)。(2)与菟丝子组相比,酒炙菟丝子显著提高21日龄肉仔鸡胸腺指数(P<0.05)。说明菟丝子能增强肉仔鸡的免疫力和抗氧化能力,酒炙菟丝子作用效果更好。
The experiment was conducted to study effects of cuscuta chinensis on the immune and anti- oxidant indices of broilers with age of 1-42 days. 180 one-day-old AA broiler chicks were randomly divided into 3 treatments with 6 replicates per treatment and 10 broilers per replicate, DZ group,TS group and JTS group, fed with basal diets,basal diets＋2% cuscuta chinensis and basal diets＋2% alco- hol sunburn cuscuta chinensis respectively. At 21 d and 42 d, samples were collected for further as- sessment, serum immune indices,immune organ indexes and antioxidant indices were determined. The results showed that： ① Compared with DZ group, the alcohol sunburn cuseuta chinensis significantly improved the thymus index（P〈0.05）, serum lysozyme activity of broilers at 21 d （P〈0.05）, improved the serum GLB level （P〈0.05）, spleen index （P〈0.05） and plasma GSH-Px activity （P〈0.05） at 42 d, de- creased MDA content in breast muscle of broilers at 42 d （P〈0.05）; ② Compared with TS group, the alcohol sunburn cuscuta chinensis significantly improved the thymus index of broilers at 21 d（P〈0.05）. Overall, the immune and antioxidant ability of broilers can be improved by the alcohol sunburn cuscu- ta chinensis, which have better applicational effect than the cuscuta ehinensis.
