摘要
骨髓增生异常综合征/骨髓增殖性肿瘤(MDS/MPN)是一组少见的同时具有骨髓增生异常和骨髓增殖特征的髓系肿瘤。近年的分子发现和病理形态特征使这组疾病的诊断愈趋精准。文章介绍了MDS/MPN的临床和分子特征,最近更新的诊断标准和现今的标准治疗。
Myelodysplastic and myeloproliferative neoplasms （MDS/MPN） are a rare group of myeloid neoplasms with overlapping MDS and MPN features. Through combining the molecular findings with patho-morphologic features the precision of diagnosis in MDS/MPN has been improved. Clinical and molecular characteristics, the updated diagnostic criteria and current standard of management for the MDS/MPN were discussed in this review.
