摘要
研究旨在探讨电解水消毒对肉鸡舍空气环境质量的影响。试验选择三栋肉鸡舍,一栋为对照组,不进行电解水消毒,另外两栋为试验1组和试验2组,分别使用有效氯浓度为30 mg/L和50 mg/L的电解水对鸡舍进行消毒,对消毒前后肉鸡舍内的有害气体、微粒和微生物水平进行测定与分析。结果表明:使用电解水消毒后,试验组氨气浓度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而二氧化碳浓度各组间无显著差异(P>0.05),与30 mg/L电解水相比,50 mg/L电解水消毒后,舍内氨气浓度有降低的趋势。试验组微粒浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组微粒浓度消毒后均显著低于消毒前(P<0.05)。50 mg/L电解水比30 mg/L消毒更能显著降低舍内微生物浓度(P<0.05),两者的杀菌率分别为50.4%和35.0%。提示电解水消毒可以有效提高空气环境质量,且50 mg/L电解水效果更好。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of electrolyzed water disinfection on air environment quality of broiler house. Three broiler houses was used in the experiment, one house as the control group, didn't carry on electrolyzed water disinfection, the other two houses as test group 1 and test group 2, were used electrolyzed water to disinfect with 30 mg/L and 50 mg/L effective chlorine concentration, respectively. The harmful gases, particulates and microorganisms in broiler houses were detected and analyzed. The results showed that after using of electrolyzed water, the concentrations of ammonia in test groups were significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05), but there were no significant differences in the concentration of carbon dioxide among three groups (P〉0.05). Compared to 30 mg/L electrolytic water, the use of 50 mg/L electrolyzed water had a lower trend for the concentration of ammonia in the house. The concentrations of particulates in test groups were significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05), and the concentrations of particles in test groups were significantly lower than those before the disinfection (P〈0.05). The sterilizing rate of 30 mg/L and 50 mg/L electrolyzed water was 35.0% and 50.4% respectively, and the later could more effectively reduce the microorganism concentration in the house. The results indicated that the use of electrolyzed water disinfection could effectively improve the air environment quality, and the effect of 50 mg/L electrolyzed water was better for broiler house.
