摘要
为研究杜仲叶对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和经济效益的影响,试验选取360只42周龄体重相近、健康的罗曼蛋鸡,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只。其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加6 g/kg、12 g/kg、18 g/kg干燥粉碎后的杜仲叶粉。预饲期7 d,正试期70 d。结果显示:(1)试验全期,随着杜仲叶添加水平的提高,产蛋率和日产蛋重呈线性和二次曲线提高(P<0.05),料蛋比呈线性和二次曲线降低(P<0.05);(2)试验第35天,随着杜仲叶添加水平的提高,蛋黄颜色等级呈二次曲线提高(P<0.05),6 g/kg组蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);第70天,随着杜仲叶添加水平的提高,蛋黄颜色等级呈线性提高(P<0.05);随杜仲叶添加水平的提高,蛋黄比例且呈线性和二次曲线降低(P<0.05)。(3)试验全期,与对照组相比,18 g/kg组蛋鸡经济效益提高了10.48%。综上,饲粮中添加18 g/kg杜仲叶可显著提高产蛋后期罗曼蛋鸡的生产性能和经济效益。
This experiment was conducted to study the effect of Eucommia ulmoides leaves on production performance, egg quality and economic benefit of laying hens. 360 healthy 42-week-age Lohmann laying hens with similar weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 hens per replicate. The birds in the control group were fed with corn-soybean meal basal diet, birds in experimental groups were fed with the same basal diets supplemented with 6 g/kg, 12 g/kg and 18 g/kg dry powder of Eucommia ulmoides leaves, respectively. The adjustment period lasted for 7 days, and the experimental period lasted for 70 days. The results showed as follows： （1） Compared with the control group, the laying rate and daily egg weight were linearly and quadratically increased with the level of Eucommia ulmoides leaves （P〈0.05）, and feed/egg ratio was linearly and quadratically decreased （P〈0.05）; （2）The yolk color were linearly or quadratically increased with the level of Eucommia ulmoides leaves while yolk/egg ratio was linearly and quadratically decreased at 35th and 70th day （P〈0.05）, eggshell thickness and eggshell strength of 6 g/kg group were lower than those of the control at 35th day （P〈0.05）; （3）Compared with the control group, the economic benefit of 18 g/kg group was increased by 10.48%. In conclusion, dietary Eucommia ulmoides leaves could dramatically improve laying performance and egg quality at the late of laying cycle, and increase economic benefit of Roman laying hens.
