摘要
从交通服务水平、交通危险控制与施工对周边环境影响3个方面对作业区域进行交通安全评价。通过层次分析法对评价指标进行赋权,确定每一个评价指标的评价阈值标准,建立对应的模糊隶属函数和评价等级,从而建立了基于多层模糊综合评价方式的高速公路改扩建工程作业区域交通安全评价体系。通过工程实例验证,表明文中提出的评价指标体系完整,评价结果具有代表性,能有效评价高速公路改扩建作业区域的交通安全,可为改扩建作业区交通组织提供理论依据。
In this paper the traffic safety of work zones in the reconstruction and extension of the highway is evaluated from three aspects: the transportation service levels of the work zones, traffic risk control and the influence of construction on the environment of work zones. The evaluation indexes are determined by the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to fix the limit standard of evaluation index. The fuzzy membership function and the evaluation grades are established, and thereafter the traffic safety evaluation system for work zones of highway reconstruction and extension is built based on multilayer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation means. It proves through project examples that the proposed evaluation index and system is complete, and the evaluation results are representative, which can effectively evaluate the traffic safety in working zone of expressway reconstruction and widening project and provide theoretical basis for traffic organization in working zone.
