摘要
目的利用Excel动态数据透视表技术编制传染病疫情监测数据自动统计报表系统。方法应用Excel 2007的表格处理、函数、宏命令、数据透视表等功能,从疫情监测数据的录入、逻辑判断、汇总统计、自动更新等的执行,获得自动统计报表系统。结果利用该自动统计报表系统,通过简便的操作就能实现疫情监测数据的动态统计汇总,并以报表的形式呈现汇总结果。结论该统计系统操作简便,具有自动查重、自动汇总,动态生成报表的功能,提高了数据分析的效率和质量。
Objective To establish an automatic statistical reporting system of infectious disease monitoring data based on Excel dynamic Pivot Table technology. Methods Based on the table processing,function and macros command and pivot table tools in Excel 2007,the automatic statistical reporting system was established for monitoring data import,logical discrimination,collection and automatic update. Results By using this automatic statistical reporting system,the dynamic statistical report of the epidemic monitoring data could be represented as the report form by the simple operation. Conclusion The statistical system is aeasy-to-use tool with the automatic inspection,summary and dynamic report generation,which can improve the efficiency and quality of data analysis.
