碱回收绿泥尾渣处理实践

摘要 碱回收白泥精制碳酸钙项目中产生的绿泥尾渣仍然需要进一步处理,方能符合环保要求。改进了绿液澄清流程,用静置法分离稀绿泥中的绿液并回收,浓缩后的绿泥中和后并入中段水污泥池进行集中处理,避免了绿泥外运、填埋造成的环境污染。改进后的绿泥处理工艺运行费用低、无需人工费用、无需频繁的设备维护。 Green mud residue, produced in white mud refined calcium carbonate system of alkaline recovery, still needs further treatment to meet the requirements of environmental protection. In this paper, the process optimization was introduced. Separation of green liquor from green mud by precipitation method and then returned to the system. Concentrated green mud was sent to the sludge tank in middle stage eff luent treatment. The optimized process for green mud has the characteristics of low operating cost, low labor intensity and no frequent maintenance to equipment.
