摘要 针对地铁盾构施工侧穿既有构筑物(综合管沟)存在的风险,采用数值模拟的方法对其施工过程进行三维模拟,分析了盾构掘进过程中上部地表沉降的变化分布规律以及综合管沟的位移变化规律。随后,根据模拟结果采取相应的施工控制措施,对比分析了采取措施前后综合管沟的位移变化情况。研究发现,盾构开挖前对综合管沟下部土体注浆加固,可以降低盾构掘进对管沟的扰动程度。 In view of the risk of a subway shield construction ( integrated trench) laterally crossing the existing structure, a numerical simulation method was adopted to simulate the construction process, and the variation distribution regularity of the upper surface subsidence and the displacement variation of the integrated trench were analyzed. In addition, according to the results of the simulation, the corresponding construction control measures were taken, and the displacement changes of the integrated trench pipe before and after the measures were compared and analyzed. The results show that: adopting the grouting reinforcement measures before shield excavation can reduce the disturbance degree of shield tunneling to the trench, so as to ensure the safety of the integrated trench.
