摘要
本文对带式输送机的特点进行了介绍,分析了造成其电能损耗过大的根本原因。建立了以西门子s7-300PLC为控制核心的调速控制系统,绘制了结构示意图和软件流程图。通过PLC的控制能够根据不同运料情况,调节运行速度,实现节能的目的。
This paper introduces the characteristics of belt conveyor and analyzes the root causes of its power loss. The control system with Siemens s7-300plc as the control core is established, and the schematic diagram and software flow chart are drawn.The control of PLC can adjust the running speed and realize the purpose of saving energy according to different loading conditions.
