摘要 食品安全是人类生存与发展过程中的永恒主题,是人类生存的基本需要,其关系到国家稳定和社会发展。而食品标准与法规是确保食品安全的底线,为培养相关专业人才,食品标准与法规已成为一门重要的专业课程。但按照传统的方法教授此门课程中,我们发现了一系列问题,本文针对食品标准与法规的教学内容、教学方法和考核方式等方面进行了思考和改革,调整教学思路,优化课程体系,改革考核方式,以期充分调动学生的积极性和主动性,从而达到整体提升教学的效果。 Food safety is the eternal theme in the process of human existence and development and the basic need of human existence. It is related to the stability and social development of our country. To cultivate relevant profes- sionals, food standards and regulations have become an important professional course and have been the bottom line to ensure food safety. However, we found a series of problems in using this traditional method to teach this course. In this paper, the teaching content, teaching methods and assessment methods of food standards and regu- lations are considered and reformed. By adjusting teaching ideas, optimizing curriculum system and reforming as- sessment methods, we hope to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students so as to improve the overall teaching effect.
